多汗症　手掌

Hyperhidrosis Palm

多汗症は、手のひら、足の裏など左右対称性に異常に発汗する症状です。手のひらの異常な汗を、手掌多汗症と言います。足の裏の汗は足蹠多汗症と呼ばれています。手と足、両方で、異常な汗がでてしまうのは掌蹠多汗症とも呼びます。汗は汗腺からでます。汗腺にはエクリン腺とアポクリン腺の2種類があります。エクリン腺は全身に分布し、主に体温調節のために汗を出します。匂いも無臭です。アポクリン腺はワキの下、乳首、陰部、耳など限られた場所に分布。匂いは脂質やたんぱく質を含みフェロモンの香りとされることもあります。手のひらや足の裏には毛穴はありませんので、手掌多汗症はエクリン汗腺由来の発汗となります。手掌、足裏は、精神性発汗の部類とされ、感情や情動、精神的ストレスや緊張などによって発汗します。今症例には、手掌の心包区のツボを治療穴に選択しました。心包区は、手のひらの中央部分一帯をさします。心臓を包む袋を心包と言います。気持ちの揺れ、過度の緊張、自律神経の乱れを整えるのに効果があります。

Hyperhidrosis is a symptom of abnormal sweating of the palms of the hands, soles of the feet, and other parts of the body in a symmetrical manner. Abnormal sweating of the palms of the hands is called palmar hyperhidrosis. Sweating of the soles of the feet is called plantar hyperhidrosis. When both hands and feet sweat abnormally, it is called palmoplantar hyperhidrosis. Sweat comes from sweat glands. There are two types of sweat glands: eccrine glands and apocrine glands. Eccrine glands are distributed throughout the body and produce sweat mainly to regulate body temperature. They are odorless. Apocrine glands are distributed in limited areas such as armpits, nipples, pubic area, and ears. The odor contains lipids and proteins and is sometimes considered a pheromone scent. There are no pores on the palms of the hands or soles of the feet, so palmar hyperhidrosis is sweating derived from eccrine sweat glands. The palms and soles are considered a category of psychogenic sweating, which is caused by emotions, feelings, mental stress, or tension. In the present case, the acupuncture point of the heart's bilaterals in the palms was selected as the treatment hole. The bocardial area is the area in the center of the palm of the hand. The heart is encased in a pouch called the cardiac envelope. It is effective in regulating mood swings, excessive tension, and autonomic nervous system disorders.
