Pain in the brachial radius muscle

患者さんが腕橈骨筋の痛みですと宣言して、治療を受けにいらっしゃいました。

腕の痛みと云っても、首からの痛み、頚椎症から派生していることもあります。デルマトームを説明して、首のヘルニアや頸椎症は、脊髄から出る末梢神経根を障害することにより、手がしびれたり痛みがでることも説明して、首、肩、腕と治療いたしました。

A patient came in for treatment declaring that he had pain in his brachial radius muscle.

Sometimes arm pain is referred to as pain from the neck and sometimes it is derived from cervical spondylosis. I explained the dermatome and explained that a herniated neck or cervical spondylosis can cause numbness and pain in the hand due to interference with the peripheral nerve roots that exit from the spinal cord.
