Gout

痛風とは、体内に尿酸という物質が、関節内で増えてしまうことで発症します。尿酸値が 7㎎/㎗以上の場合高尿酸血症が発症しやすくなり、9 ㎎/㎗以上になると痛風発作の危険性がでてきます。痛風で現れる特徴的な症状は、関節の腫れを伴う痛みです。最もよく現れるのが足の親指の付け根です。男性ホルモンと関係があるため男性に圧倒的に多くみられます。女性は、生理が止まる閉経後に発作を起こしやすくなります。痛風発作のメカニズムとしては、 体内で尿酸が過剰に生産されて、尿による排泄障害が起きます。排泄障害により、余分な尿酸が体内にたまる状態が続くと、 尿酸が結晶となって手足の関節に蓄積されていきます。そうなると、蓄積された決勝に 関節などに痛みが生じてきて、赤く腫れる症状がでます。←痛風発作。 痛風発作を放置しておくと痛風結節になります。親指の付けだけでなく、痛風による合併症も引き起こします、排泄障害による腎不全、尿路結石の症状などの発症の可能性があります。鍼灸治療としては、リラックスさせて、ストレスを軽減を行い、自律神経を安定させ、満腹中枢が正常に働くようにして、ストレスによる食べすぎを予防したり、腎に関するツボを使い、腎臓を補いながら、腎臓からの排泄促進を促していきます。

The mechanism of a gout attack is that the body produces an excess amount of uric acid, which causes a blockage in urinary excretion. When excess uric acid continues to accumulate in the body, it crystallizes and accumulates in the joints of the limbs. When this happens, the joints and other parts of the body become painful and red and swollen due to the accumulated finals. ← Gout attack.
