手根管症候群　放散痛

手根管症候群の放散痛に対して施術いたしました。

手根管症候群は特発性が多く、原因不明とされていますが、手をよく使う重労働との関連が知られています。手根管症候群になりやす人は、妊娠・出産期や更年期の女性が多いです。その他は骨折などのケガ、スポーツでの手の使いすぎも原因になります。ガングリオン、腫瘍、腫瘤などの出来物があっても手根管症候群になることがあります。原因としては手根管症候群は、手指や手首の屈曲などを担う正中神経が、手首の手根管という狭い管の中で圧迫されることで、しびれや痛みが生じる病気です。手根管は手首の中央部にあり、骨と靭帯に囲まれたトンネル状の空間です。手根管の中は正中神経のほかにも指を曲げる9本の腱が通っています。症状は、人差し指、中指を中心にしびれや痛みがでます。しびれは親指や薬指に及ぶこともあり、手のひらの全体が痛むように感じることもあります。これらの症状はしばしば、夜間や明け方に強くなります。鍼施術は、手技では届かない深部の組織に直接届き血流を良くし、筋肉の硬直を改善します。灸施術は、手根管症候群に適したツボを熱で刺激し、自然治癒力や免疫力を高めます。血液循環が良好になることで、症状の疼痛緩和をめざします

Carpal tunnel syndrome is often idiopathic and its cause is unknown, but it is known to be associated with heavy labor that involves frequent use of the hands. People most prone to carpal tunnel syndrome are women during pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause. Other causes include injuries such as fractures and overuse of the hand in sports. Ganglions, tumors, masses, and other growths can also cause carpal tunnel syndrome. As for causes, carpal tunnel syndrome is a disease that causes numbness and pain when the median nerve, which is responsible for flexion of the fingers and wrist, is compressed in a narrow canal called the carpal tunnel in the wrist. The carpal tunnel is a tunnel-like space in the middle of the wrist, surrounded by bone and ligaments. In addition to the median nerve, nine tendons that bend the fingers pass through the carpal tunnel. Symptoms include numbness and pain mainly in the index and middle fingers. Numbness may extend to the thumb and ring finger, and the entire palm of the hand may feel painful. These symptoms are often more intense at night or at dawn. Acupuncture directly reaches deep tissues that cannot be reached by manual techniques to improve blood flow and muscle stiffness. Moxibustion treatment uses heat to stimulate acupuncture points suitable for carpal tunnel syndrome, enhancing natural healing power and immunity. The goal is to alleviate the pain of the condition by improving blood circulation.
