内腿が痛い
Inner thigh hurts.
新型コロナウィルスで、長時間のデスクワーク(座位が多い生活)になり、日常の中で股関節を動かしたり、フィットネスで鍛える機会も減少しています。股関節の筋肉は動かす機会が減れば、周りの筋力が落ち、柔軟性が失われ、必然的に可動域が狭くなっていきます。鍼灸マッサージ治療としては、股関節を上手く動かすために、股関節から腹部にかけてつながる腸腰筋、内太ももに位置する内転筋、お尻に位置する大殿筋や、太もも裏側のハムストリングなどの柔軟性を高めて股関節の可動域を改善すると同時に患部の血流促進していきます。
With the new coronavirus, people are now working long hours at their desks (a lifestyle that involves a lot of sitting), and there are fewer opportunities to move the hip joints in daily life or to work them out in a fitness routine. With less opportunity to move the hip muscles, the surrounding muscles lose strength, flexibility, and inevitably the range of motion becomes narrower. Acupuncture and moxibustion massage therapy improves the range of motion of the hip joint by increasing the flexibility of the iliopsoas muscle, which connects the hip joint to the abdomen, the adductor muscle in the inner thigh, the gluteus maximus muscle in the buttocks, and the hamstring on the back of the thigh, in order to move the hip joint well, while simultaneously promoting blood flow in the affected area.
